The Newf Surfboard Net is neither a sock nor a heavy-duty day bag. The Newf Surfboard Net is a lightweight, durable, multi-functional surfboard-carrying bag. The bag is made with a black nylon mesh that allows water, debris, and air to flow through the bag. The bag is not designed to protect your board from dings. The only protection is a reinforced padded areas.
The bag has triangle rings to allow for multiple choices of ring attachment points for carrying, hanging, and rinsing of your surfboard. You can carrying, rinse, and store your surfboard using these multiple choices of ring attachment points with the aid of the carrying straps. Note: You should never secure your surfboard to your car rack using the triangle rings.
There is a plastic zipper that allows for easy sliding to remove and store your surfboard. The bag also comes with two carrying straps(SUP bags only). The straps are designed for two people to easily carry one or two boards, allowing your other arm to carry gear. In addition, the bag gives you freedom by not having to remove the leash and by allowing you to zip your leash into the bag, thus, securing it from falling off into the sand or flopping in the wind when transporting your board. The bag’s design also allows for space to store your wet suit and/or other gear in a zipped compartment for easy transport to and from your destination.
The mesh design allows you to roll up your bag to be easily stored in your vehicle when not in use.
